Access Hosting reserves the right to decline and or deactivate a free trial. Your Access Hosting account details will be sent to the email that you provide, so please fill out your details as accurately as possible. Please do not use a Yahoo email address, requests from Yahoo will be ignored.
By requesting a free trial you are agreeing in full to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Trial Account requests are typically processed within 24 hours

A credit card is required for our Remote Desktop Hosting because of the customization and setup required. By signing up for a free trial, you will be pre-authorizing your credit card for this hosting service. You can cancel your account at any time during the first 30 days to avoid being charged the monthly hosting fee. Please be sure to indicate which Version of Access you would like to have installed during the checkout process. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

Q: Where is my Free Trial?
A: Trial Accounts can take up to 24 hours to process. It can take longer if you signed up over the weekend or if we have recently received a large amount of requests. If you have not received your trial after 48 hours, please check your junk mail and make sure that our email didn't get marked as SPAM. If you still don't see your credentials and did not use a Yahoo Email address or include other suspicious information in your request (like a fake phone number 1234567), Please visit our HelpDesk and open a ticket.
Q: How is a paid account different than the Free Trial?
A: There are no limitations put on any of our free trials other than limiting the storage and number of users. In most cases, paid plans are simply an upgrade (or continuation) of your free trial.
Q: What happens to my Data if I upgrade or purchase?
A: All of our plans are completely upgradeable and scalable. We can upgrade your trial account in place and increase your users and storage in just a few hours.
Q: My Database will not Publish to SharePoint Access Services. What's wrong?
A: The first step is to make sure that your tablaes are Web Compatible. Try running Access 2010's Web Compatibility checker. If you don't have a web compatibility issue, it is possible that your database is exceeding the 25MB storage limit of our SharePoint 2010 Free Trial. Even if your trial is under 25MB on your local desktop, Databases can greatly increase in size during SharePoint publishing. Please open a ticket with our Helpdesk to request more space or address any other problems you are having.
Q: Can I have another 30 Day Trial or a Trial Extension?
A: Please contact us about getting another trial or extending your existing trial. We only give out free trials to legitimate leads, but understand that there are sometimes exceptions or timing issues. If you have a reasonable request or reason, we can usually accommodate you.
